IMPORTANT: THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT COMPUTERS, PLATFORMS AND INTERNET CONNECTIONS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU RUN INTO ANY PROBLEM DOWNLOADING YOUR ORDER.
When purchasing download products and services from Parago Exports LLC or any download provider may get confused by some technicalities that are fairly simple to resolve! Please check the following FAQ's before contacting Parago Exports. Problem:You purchased a product or service but did not receive a confirmation or download link?
Answer:When purchasing a product from Parago Exports LLC and using the Paypal services either via your Paypal account or via a Credit Card you are redirected back to the Parago website after completion of the transaction. Once you have seen a "Thank You for your purchase page" and your transaction was not declined you will receive two e-mails (you may or may not receive a THIRD e-mail based on the Paypal services you use but that e-mail is from PAYPAL and NOT Parago Exports. We STRESS here 2 e-mails from PARAGO EXPORTS):
- A confirmation e-mail stating your username and password
- And immediately following and e-mail with a long download link
You only have to use the download link e-mail to be directed to your purchase download and your confirmation code is already filled in. Just click the download button and the download will start immediately.
Please NOTE: the download is quite heavy (between 60 - 100 MB) so be patient when downloading and do not close or shut computer down while downloading.
Problem:You did not see a thank you page!
Answer: This means that before the Paypal transaction processing was completed you clicked away from the Paypal site. When doing so you will NOT receive a confirmation e-mail nor will you receive a download link.

and we will check if your account was debited. If that turns out to be the case we will manually initiate your download link e-mail!
However if no Paypal transaction was initiated and your account was NOT debited, please feel free to initiate the transaction again.
Problem: You did receive the 2 e-mails but the download link does not take you to the download area!
If you did receive the download information (link) but when clicking on the link you are NOT directed to your download area, Please copy the FULL link from the e-mail and paste this COMPLETE link into your web browser! and hit ENTER or RETURN and the link will take you to the download area.
Problem: You clicked the download button but nothing happens!
Answer: First of all, be patient. The download, especially on slow internet connections may take a while. DO NOT INTERRUPT the download as each click on the download button is counted as ONE click. You have 3 (Three) download attempts in a time span of 48 hrs upon receiving your download e-mail.

if for any reason you have exceeded your 3 attempts or the 48 hour timeframe.
Problem: You received a "Zipped" file but the file won't open or you receive a message that your file is corrupted!
Answer:For security purposes all files are "ZIPPED" with the latest software. You must obtain the latest software to UNZIP the file. If you use a windows platform obtain the latest WINZIP software and install this on you computer before attempting to open the "ZIPPED" file. If you are using a MAC platform obtain the latest Stuff-It Expander and install the software on your MAC. Both softwares are free of charge in trial period.
Problem: You obtained the latest platform specific UNZIP software and still cannot open the file or get a message that the file is corrupt!
Answer: It is highly unlikely that the file is corrupt unless you interrupted the download when downloading the ZIPPED file(s). If you did interrupt the download you have two (2) more attempts to download your purchase. Please DO NOT interrupt your download this time. (read-on)
However if you DID NOT interrupt the download and the download was completed and you do see the "Zipped" file on your computer, you most likely tried to open the ZIPPED file by right clicking or via Double clicking. In most cases this may work but sometimes it will NOT. The file is NOT CORRUPT but requires you to OPEN the file by FIRST launching your WINZIP of Stuff-It expander program and than use from the MENU --> File --> Open and navigate to the zipped file to choose your purchased Zipped file. In 99% of the cases, if you have the latest UNZIP software installed, the unzipping process will commence and complete successfully. If this still does not WORK, re-download the zipped file as described above and perform only the procedure to open the ZIPPED file via launching your software and via MENU --> File --> Open (DO NOT RIGHT CLICK or DOUBLE CLICK the file since it may cause the same problem!)
Problem: You cannot open the included e-book!
Answer: We only use the latest Adobe Acrobat software and as such you may have to download the latest FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader version to be able to open the e-book. Again, even if you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader DO NOT attempt to open the e-book via right clicking or double clicking, BUT launch Acrobat Reader FIRST and open the document via MENU --> File --> Open and navigate to the e-book to open the e-book.
If you resave the e-book after opening the file you will be able to open the e-book via right clicking or Double clicking!
Problem: You cannot open or view the movie.
Answer: All movies are uploaded in h.264 quicktime and require the latest quicktime version to see. Download the Latest FREE Quicktime from from Apple Inc. or you can use any of the following FREE programs to see the movie:
Problem: You downloaded any of the above media players and you still cannot see the movie!
always open any downloaded video/movie or file by FIRST opening the program and via MENU --> FILE --> OPEN navigate to the movie and it will play.
DO NOT right click or double click to open the movie as you may get an error message ranging from" "Cannot open file" to "File is corrupted".
The movie file will most certainly NOT play using Windows Media Player (any version) or MOST Flash players.
